Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund if:

  • you are within 14 days of paying for the course/webinar/session and the webinar/session or course that you have paid for has not yet started. During this cancellation window, you have the right to change your mind. Contact us to inform us of your desire to break the contract and we will process a refund of course fees within 14 days, subject to a 10% administrative fee deducted from the total amount paid.

  • you provide us with written notice of your desire to cancel your booking up to 28 days before the beginning of the course/webinar. We will process a refund of course fees as soon as possible, subject to a 10% administrative fee deducted from the total amount paid. Please note that if your booking was placed on your behalf by someone else, we will require confirmation from the person who placed the order to make any changes

  • we cancel the course/webinar/session for any reason (including lack of available teaching staff, insufficient demand that makes the course, in our estimation, not economically viable, we lose the ability to provide services as planned for a period of 2 weeks or more). You will be entitled to a full refund of course fees.

There are no refunds if you miss webinars/classes/sessions.


There are no refunds if the webinar/course/session that you have paid for has begun or the refund was requested after 14 days from purchase.

Post-Start Refund Policy

  • No Refunds After Start: Once a course/webinar/session that you have paid for has begun, we do not offer refunds for the purchased course/webinar.

  • Flexible Course Transfer: If you are unhappy with your current course for any reason (e.g. inappropriate language level), you may transfer to a different course.  If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the difference. If the new course is less expensive, you will receive either a refund of the difference, subject to a 10% administrative fee deducted from the total amount paid, or a voucher for the remaining amount, which can be used for other group courses

⁠Student Misconduct

If the course/webinar/session is interrupted due to student misconduct, including but not limited to:

Breach of trust
Disruptive behaviour
Use of threats or intimidation
Foul language or hate speech
Inappropriate comments or harassment of any kind
Then:

No refund will be issued, regardless of course progress
All discounts will be voided
The full standard rate for all lessons delivered will be charged or considered owed
