1. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the sessions, unless otherwise advertised. You may only apply for Courses on our website if you are over 18 years old whether for yourself or for another person. We cannot accept applications from those aged under 18.

• Verification: Participants may be required to verify their identity before joining the session.

2. Duration and content

• Session Length: Sessions will be conducted for a specified duration as announced during booking. Participants are expected to join on time and stay for the entire session.

• Session content: Sessions will generally follow the content schedule as listed. However variations may occur in both individual sessions and over the entire course.

3. Booking

• Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Confirmation: Participants will receive a confirmation email with session details upon successful booking.

5. Conduct

• Respectful Engagement: Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively during the session. Listen actively and contribute positively to the discussion.

• Disruptive Behaviour: Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate language, or interruptions, may result in removal from the session and potential banning from future sessions.

• Microphone Etiquette: Keep your microphone muted when not speaking to avoid background noise.

• Turn-Taking: Allow others to speak and contribute. Avoid monopolising the conversation or speaking over others.

• Use of Chat: Use the chat function appropriately for relevant comments and questions. Do not use it for off-topic conversations or spamming.

• Attentiveness: Pay attention to the session and avoid multitasking. Refrain from engaging in unrelated activities during the session.

• Dress Code: Dress appropriately for a professional setting, as you would for an in-person meeting.

• Background: Ensure your background is free from distractions and inappropriate content. Use a virtual background if necessary.

• Language: Use professional and polite language at all times. Avoid slang, jargon, or any language that could be offensive to others.

• Punctuality: Join the session on time. If you are late, enter quietly and catch up without disrupting the session.

• Preparedness: Come prepared with any necessary materials or information required for the session.

7. Technical Requirements

• Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required to ensure smooth participation.

• Equipment: Participants must have a working microphone and a webcam. Test your equipment before the session starts to avoid technical issues.

• Software: Ensure you have the latest version of necessary software installed and that your browser is up-to-date.

8. Liability

• Technical Issues: The organisers are not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions during the session. Participants are advised to troubleshoot and resolve any personal technical problems beforehand.

• Content Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the organisers are not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in the session content.
